Kingdom House Christmas Gift Program, Sun., Dec. 11, 2011. Kingdom House is a United Methodist affiliated organization that helps people achieve a better life. Every year they sponsor a “gift” program that gives the families an opportunity to shop for their Christmas gifts. This year the Mission Team is recruiting volunteers to work anytime between 1-5:00 pm. The church bus will leave the upper parking lot at 12:30 sharp and return around 4/4:30 pm. This is a great opportunity to do a project as a family that helps others in need. Children must be 10 yrs of age to volunteer. The work is mainly helping sort items as they arrive from various churches/organizations. Please sign up at the connections table in the commons area. In EUMC Fellowship Hall
Serving beef brisket, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, salad, dessert, and drinks.
$6 donation requested per person attending to cover food costs. Please RSVP by December 11 so we know how much food to prepare. We also ask that you sponsor extra dinners for our Food Pantry friends. Thank you for your support!
