THE ROCK N ROLL UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATER CONCERT TOUR FEATURING "WE ARE LEO" will be making a stop in Eureka on Friday, December 15th! Concert venue will be at EUREKA UNITED METHODIST CHURCH!

We Are Leo are currently at the top of the charts with their current hit single "61/Twenty Three". The band tours extensively and plays at venues ranging from large festival events to smaller venues like Eureka UMC. This is an awesome, family friendly event; a great event to invite your friends and neighbors to attend! Please order your tickets online! Tickets at the door will be $10 each.

2017 EUMC Christmas Cantata!

The EUMC Chancel Choir and children from the JAM (Jesus and Me) Children's Ministry invite you to the 2017 EUMC Christmas Cantata on Sunday, December 17th at 4:00 pm in the sanctuary. This will be a wonderful event featuring some of your favorite Christmas songs led by our adult choir and our JAM kids! You are invited to stay afterwards for Christmas cookies, coffee, and hot cocoa in the Commons Area.

Our sanctuary has been very full at the 9:45 am worship service over the past few weeks! This is certainly a wonderful 'problem' to have. We are anticipating even more new families and members on Sundays as we continue into Advent. We are asking for your help!

If you are able, please consider parking as far away as you can on either of our parking lots to provide the best (closest) parking spots for our new guests.

Please consider sitting closer to the front of the sanctuary than you normally do. New families often feel more comfortable near the back during their first few visits.

Please move to the center of the pews and leave the end seats for our new guests and members of our hospitality team (who enter the service late and are required to leave the service early). This will help avoid the sometimes awkward "finding my seat in the middle of the pew shuffle".

Introduce yourself to someone that you do not know. A good conversation starter may be "Good morning, I'm not sure that we have met before. My name is ______________".

Let's do all that we can to welcome each other and our new families!

   Sermon Series

Join us this Sunday, December 10th, for the second Sunday in Advent and "The Star: A Journey of Love"

The word advent is derived from a Latin phrase which means 'coming'. During the season of Advent, the Church remembers and awaits the coming of Christ, "God in flesh", into our word. Our Advent journey will visit the timeless Christmas story through a series of inspiring sermons and songs as we remember with great anticipation the time when God came near; the arrival of Jesus Christ into our world and into our lives. This Sunday we will consider the JOY that Christ brings into this world and into our lives.

See below for additional Sermon Series.

We offer two distinct worship services on Sunday morning.
Our 9:45 am contemporary worship service includes modern Christian music led by 'midnight prayer', our amazing praise band. Our JAM (Jesus and Me) Children's Ministry also meets at 9:45 am for ages 3 years old through the fifth grade.

9:45 am Worship songs:
Who Am I
God With Us
How Many Kings
I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day

Our 8:30 am traditional worship service includes timeless Christian hymns led by our Chancel Choir; the same message is offered at both worship services

8:30 am hymns:
Holy, Holy, Holy
Angels We Have Heard on High
How Great our Joy
Joy to the World

Childcare is available during both worship services in our newly renovated and professionally staffed nursery for children ages birth through 2 years old. We invite middle school and high school age youth to attend XP3 at 9:45 am (2nd and 4th Sundays of the month) or to join their families during the worship services on Sunday mornings.

We invite our first time guests to visit and click the "Are you a first time guest?" link near the top of the page.

See you on Sunday!
