JOIN THE GREETING TEAM!
We would love for you to join the Greeter Hospitality Team! As a Greeter, you will welcome members and guests at the Commons Door and the 2nd Street Atrium door (downstairs) on Sunday and during Holiday services. We have two teams of Greeters: one for the 8:30 am service and one for the 9:45 am service. Volunteering as a Greeter will only take up about 15-20 minutes of your time on the Sunday you serve. We would love for you to join our Hospitality Team as we welcome our EUMC family to worship.

Mission Dinner (3rd Monday)
Our monthly Mission Dinner provides a wonderful way for you and your family to serve others in our community. Please come be the hands and feet of Christ in our community! Serve food or drinks, visit with guests, cook, clean up, etc. Most volunteer duties take less than 2 hours. You can also donate homemade desserts or funds to buy food and supplies.
Mission Dinners are held on the 3rd Monday of every month in the Fellowship Hall at Eureka United Methodist Church. We would love for you to come be a part of this mission ministry!
We would love to connect with youth and adults who have an interest in serving in several different roles at the church:
App development and updates
Social media updates
Live stream camera operators
If any of this sounds interesting to you, please contact the team at email@example.com
This will be a fun and exciting way to serve at Eureka UMC!

EUREKA AREA FLOOD RELIEF EFFORT INFO:
We have identified a family in Eureka that will benefit greatly from some renovations to their home. Their home, although not in the floodplain, was damaged by the intense rain event last year that caused the record flooding. Rain water flooded their home and destroyed the flooring and part of the drywall. Team Rubicon 'gutted' the house in May 2017 and nothing has been done to restore the home. We are in the process of organizing a team in partnership with St. Mark's Lutheran Church to complete this project. Dates are TBD but will likely be in early to mid August. Our volunteer team coordinator for this project is Tom Brozka. If you'd like to be part of the team, whether for a few hours or a few days, please contact Tom at email@example.com
The scope of this project will include moving large items (the family will be moved out of their home for about a week), demolition work, cleaning, drywall repairs, painting, new flooring, and repairs in the kitchen and bathroom.
HCI TEAM VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Congregational Care Team Volunteers
One of the prescriptions that we accepted during the Healthier Church Initiative this past year is to create a Congregational Care Team.
Congregational Care - This team will develop a lay-lead congregational care system to create a culture of love and support.
All members of Eureka UMC are invited to apply to be part of this important team. Congregational Care Team members will be selected by Pastor Tim and our Coach based on information you provide on this application.
Thank you for your willingness to serve!
